    Description

    Our client, a retail provider, is in search of an experienced Agile Coach to join their team. This role will be pivotal in guiding agile teams through an Azure DevOps transformation initiative.

    ***This is a 12-month CONTRACT opportunity that may lead to a permanent position and could involve Onsite work as necessary.***

    Responsibilities

    • Offer practical assistance to teams in embracing an agile mindset and practices, with a focus on enhancing team capabilities
    • Educate personnel at all levels on Agile principles, equipping them with tools to implement the methodology in their own tasks. Deliver training sessions, charter boot camps, and other engaging workshops that facilitate the widespread adoption of Agile methodologies within the organization
    • Deliver Agile coaching, showcasing expertise in Agile Scrum, SAFe or similar frameworks, Test-Driven Development, and Kanban principles, methods, and techniques
    • Develop, manage, and uphold the master playbook on Agile for RBS, drawing insights from Agile frameworks, organizational objectives, and lessons learned from initial teams
    • Ensure uniform adoption of Agile practices and the playbook throughout the organization by collaborating with Agile teams and product owners

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in business or a technology-related field, or possess equivalent work experience
    • SAFe ART Launch Certification
    • SPC 6 Certification with a background in training
    • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and experience in leading teams focused on this tool
    • Proficiency in using Jira

    All applicants must currently hold authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis, both presently and in the future.
