    Description
    Spherion is recruiting for a Sales Outreach Coordinator for a company in Graham, TX. Candidates must have sales experience to qualify. The work schedule is Monday- Thursday 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am - 12 pm noon.

    Responsibilities:
    Cold Calling and Outreach: Reach out to potential vendors, sponsors, and attendees for conferences to meet quotas in terms of numbers and revenue targets. Identify and pursue new leads and opportunities for conference participation, sponsorship, and exhibition.
    Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, sponsors, and partners to enhance conference attendance and sponsorship opportunities.
    Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns to promote conferences and increase attendance.
    Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales efforts and identify areas for improvement.
    Collaboration with Event Team: Work closely with the event planning team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of conferences, including attendee registration, logistics, and onsite support.
    Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.

    Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
