YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • You are responsible for the administrative admission of patients at the Psychiatric Outpatient Center (PAZ) of the Psychiatric Institute Outpatient Clinic (PIA).
  • Your tasks include scheduling appointments by phone and in person, as well as sending and evaluating patient questionnaires.
  • You prepare the quarterly billing according to agreements with health insurance companies and coordinate this with doctors and psychologists.
