Your responsibilities:

Comprehensive project management from tendering to handover
Project and construction controlling, as well as risk management
Monitoring and ensuring project deadlines
Reviewing project documents for completeness after each HOAI service phase
Preparing decision templates
Tracking orders and change orders

Your qualifications:

Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering
Professional experience in leading project management or realization of public construction projects
Knowledge in cost and schedule planning
Proficient in MS Office, Revit, ORCA AVA, or similar software
Strong planning skills and ability to focus on the essentials
Flexibility and strong communication skills
