- Profitably scope, estimate, and sign projects to get started, then create work orders and manage the entire execution of the project while managing your own budget;

- Build relationships with insurance professionals, TPAs, and customers (both direct and B2B);
- Recruit, develop, and manage subcontractors/tradesmen; develop partnerships and improve team performance.

Property Insurance Reconstruction Project Managers work with property owners and insurance adjusters after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. As a Property Insurance Reconstruction Project Manager, you will supervise the renovation including all of the subcontractors, as well as manage costs with the insurance provider. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field.
