The Institute for Medical Diagnostics Berlin is a human medical laboratory located in Berlin-Steglitz.

In addition to the traditional laboratory disciplines, the areas of immunodeficiency diagnostics, autoimmunology, allergy diagnostics, metal toxicology, and molecular genetics are a focus within IMD.

We offer a comprehensive range of proven and innovative specialized analytics.

With a team of medical specialists, scientists, and specialized colleagues in both internal and external sales, we provide organizational and technical support to our customers throughout Germany and neighboring countries.

Responsibilities:
More and more referring medical practices are requesting to work paperlessly with an electronic laboratory request system.

Your task will be to support the conversion of practices to our order entry system in close collaboration with your colleagues in the field.

You will be available online or by phone to support the medical assistants in the practices.

As you advise and assist our customers in all matters related to the electronic request system, you will identify customer needs and work with your team to incorporate them into the laboratory request system.

Qualifications:

You have completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d), Medical Technical Assistant, or have a comparable qualification, or have experience in the laboratory/field service/customer support.
You enjoy working hand in hand with your colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction. You are communicative and enjoy interacting with customers.
You are familiar with working on a PC and are willing to learn new programs and applications.
