Your responsibilities:

  • As a Global Mobility Client Administrator (m/f/d), you will bring a completed commercial education as a bank clerk, industrial clerk, insurance clerk, office clerk or a comparable qualification.
  • You can also apply with a completed education as a legal assistant or tax assistant.
  • You have gained professional experience in the field of administration.
  • You have experience and enjoy working with various IT systems and tools.
  • As a communication talent, you can confidently use both German and English in spoken and written form.

  • You support in coordinating global mandates and KPMG consulting services.
  • You are the contact person for coordinating authorizations for the clients to be served within the global KPMG network.

  • You also take care of system support for assigned employees, as well as creating and supporting their profiles.
  • You assist with ordering and invoicing within the global KPMG network, as well as external invoicing processes.
  • You maintain tools for tracking tax payments for the clients and their employees.
