Unity nurses maintain their physical health skills as part of our holistic treatment including attending to physical health needs such as assessment, wound care, and phlebotomy.

Adult unit patient capacity ranges from 17 to 25 private and shared beds. Our inpatient care goes beyond medication management.
Our care includes specialized nursing care, care management, peer support services, multiple groups throughout the day, animal therapy, and garden therapy.
Nursing is an essential part of the interdisciplinary treatment team that collaborates with the patient to create a journey to recovery.
*The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for providing support and managerial assistance to the Nurse Manager by managing daily unit operations that include: budget monitoring; maintaining and establishing patient care standards; and implementing quality improvement measures. This position is directly accountable to the Nurse Manager and assists with the management of the department(s). The Assistant Nurse Manager is an additional resource and back-up support for the unit staff and departmental operations. The Assistant Nurse Manager facilitates workflow in the department with the support of the Charge Nurse and is the resource for staff and the organization in the absence of the Manager.Academic degree in nursing (BSN or MSN/MN) required; Relevant clinical nursing experience at proficient to expert level of practice required with two years supervisory/leadership/charge nurse experience in health care.
