What does the position entail?

Ensuring individual, needsbased, rehabilitative, and selfdetermined care based on the latest nursing science findings
Coordinating a professional transition from the hospital to nonclinical care in collaboration with case management
Acting as a liaison between the client, family members, caregivers, local office, therapists, doctors, and external care facilities
Ensuring that nursing staff act in accordance with the internal care concept, care philosophy, and company philosophy

What do you bring to the table?

Degree in nursing or geriatric care
Additional qualifications in anesthesia and intensive care nursing and/or expertise in nonclinical intensive care or nursing management desired
Minimum of two years of experience in clinical or nonclinical intensive care
Several years of leadership experience and assertiveness
Good knowledge of MS Office
