- Responsible for managing day-to-day, onsite executive office operations and providing administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer within the Office of the CEO
- Assist executive(s) by managing calendars and appointments, responding to correspondence, preparing materials (agendas, reports, minutes, presentations) and planning special events and meetings with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Book travel arrangements, manage expense reports and other logistical matters to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
- Demonstrate excellent communications and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with executive assistants across the organization as it relates to executive level meetings and engagements to ensure a coordinated effort
- This position will require for you to report into the office weekly as defined by manager and department needs, On average you will work 4 days per week in the office and 1 day per week from home

- 10+ years of experience as an administrative assistant for an executive
- Associate Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- Event Planning experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting of C-Suite Level Leadership within an organization of more than 500+ employees
- Prior Healthcare and or Health Plan experience is a plus
