Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic team as a Project Manager in a locally managed utility company. Here, you'll spearhead consulting services for public-owned electric utilities, with opportunities to work in divisions such as net metering, electric distribution, and EV programs.These roles encompass:
Independently lead teams to engineer electric projects in NW Oregon region.
Ownership of overall project performance and reporting.
Managing costs, schedules, and scopes, and develop recovery plans when needed.
Ensure compliance and adherence to quality control processes.
Collaborate with teams to execute client deliverables.
Interface with clients and management to report issues, progress, and manage risk.
Facilitate communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Support bid preparation, cost estimation, and responses to RFPs.
Oversee invoicing, accruals, and accounts receivable within specified time frames.
Identify opportunities for business development.
All roles are hybrid providing flexibility and fostering a balanced work environment. Ideal candidates will thrive in both settings, bringing their expertise to our collaborative team.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance or a closely related discipline is highly preferred but commiserate experience will be considered.
Familiarity with electric power industry and knowledge of business issues associated with is prioritized but not required for all roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization the ability to multi-task effectively as well as experience with project management software (e.g., Workfront, MS Project, P6)#1119
