Position Details
This role offers a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for experienced individuals with 1+ years in the field and $5,000 for New Grad/ New Practice.
Job Summary
The Respiratory Care Practitioner II's primary role is to deliver respiratory care by assessing patients, developing treatment plans, providing interventions, education, and evaluations. They execute all respiratory care procedures permitted by their license, monitor patient responses to therapies, and offer recommendations for modifications based on assessments. Additionally, they act as mentors to new team members.

Requirements
Current Respiratory Care License in the respective state (mandatory)
NBRC credential (mandatory)
RRT certification (preferred)
BLS, ACLS, PALS certification (mandatory)
NRP certification (preferred)
CPFT, RPFT, ACCS certifications (preferred)
Valid driver's license (mandatory for Home Care/DME)
Education
Graduate from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care school (mandatory)
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
Experience
Minimum of two years as a Respiratory Care Professional (mandatory)
Training
EPIC EHR training (preferred)

Competency varies based on patient age groups and specific needs.
Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
Working Conditions
