- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and direct nursing care with a focus on family-centered approach
- Provide care for patients of all ages and developmental stages

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in healthcare and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or to be obtained within 5 years
- Current Basic Life Support certification mandatory, additional certifications may be needed
- Active RN license in Ohio required, MSL needed for telenursing services
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- No prior supervisory experience required
