We are currently seeking an empathetic and multitasking addition to our administrative team as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d hours/week) in Popejoy, IA.


As a Course Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for our existing and new customers, providing support from the first to the last day.

Along with strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and multitasking capabilities, we value teamwork and empathy, as our work is centered around people.


Your responsibilities:

  • Telephone and email service
  • Support for existing and new customers
  • Correspondence and creation of mailings
  • Conducting statistical surveys

Your profile:

  • You are empathetic and able to multitask
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • You work independently, in a structured, careful, and responsible manner
  • Previous work experience is not a "musthave"
  • Career changers are also welcome
