    We are seeking a Remote Recruitment Specialist to join our team and lead the recruitment process from start to finish.

    This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to find the best talent for our organization.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Candidate Sourcing:
    Use various platforms and strategies to source candidates, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks

    Screening and Interviewing:
    Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

    Talent Pipeline Management:
    Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions

    Job Postings:
    Create and post job listings on various platforms, ensuring accurate and attractive descriptions

    Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and identify the best candidates for each role
    Candidate


    Experience:
    Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback

    Compliance:
    Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws

    Requirements:

    Education:
    A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.


    Experience:
    Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources is preferred

    Technical Proficiency:
    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), online job platforms, and remote communication tools

    Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Organizational Skills:
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

    Team Collaboration:
    Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and other HR team members effectively

    Problem-Solving:
    Ability to identify and resolve issues in the recruitment process
