    The Case Manager possesses excellent communication skills, is highly detail-oriented, and will interact closely with department teammates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You function as an integral ingredient in the client experience and are responsible for effectively and efficiently guiding all aspects of the underwriting process for the Paradigm community. You draw upon intuition and experience to solve problems before they become problems. You have a passion for creating a world class experience for everyone you interact with. You are innovative, creative, self-directed, open to new challenges and a great team player. You drive continuous process improvement, and collaborate effectively with coworkers across all departments in the company to break down walls and implement new solutions.

    You utilize your skill set to accomplish all individual and team tasks that are key to the company's success. If you love systems and can work well within them while looking for ways to improve the engine, this is the position for you.

    Responsibilities:
    • Facilitate all stages of the underwriting process with clients and Wealth Strategists through various carrier systems and for various insurance products
    • Salesforce Dashboard management to comply with department standards to achieve personal and department goals
    • Communicate critical and sensitive underwriting information or problems with Wealth Strategists and clients
    • Work daily with teammates to accomplish tasks in the Underwriting Department while gaining expertise in all processing areas
    • Stay up to date on state and specific carrier requirements in order to process business ethically and in compliance
    • Consistent and courteous follow up with current clients to gather all necessary information while anticipating future requirements
    • Preemptively resolving client and carrier concerns

    Requirements

    • 2+ years insurance industry experience with an emphasis on case management
    • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and general office equipment
    • Mastery in multitasking is critical in this role
    • High energy and a positive outlook as well as a passion to make things better at every opportunity
    • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive innovation independently
    • Ability to create trust and coordinate between coworkers and clients
    • Ability to thrive in a team environment while sustaining a high level of independent thinking and work ethic.
