- Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Plan and prepare nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences, and ensure clients stay hydrated and maintain a healthy diet.
- Light Housekeeping: Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and organization, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Companionship and Social Engagement: Engage clients in conversation, activities, and outings to combat loneliness, promote mental and emotional well-being, and provide emotional support.
- Mobility Assistance: Assist clients with mobility issues, including walking, transferring in and out of beds or chairs, and using mobility aids like walkers or wheelchairs.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of care provided, changes in the client's condition, and any concerns or issues, reporting to the supervisor as needed.
