We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides.

As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide assistance with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status
• Follow care plans and ensure the client's needs are met
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Experience:

• Experience in catheter care
• Knowledge of hospice care and assisted living facilities
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
• Previous experience in home care or nursing home settings
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Proficiency in medical terminology
