About us

To strengthen our team at our location in Henderson, IA, we are looking for a Junior Level Clerk (m/f/d) in order processing on behalf of Transco GmbH.

As an innovative and future-oriented transport and logistics service provider, we have branches in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Great Britain, Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, and Slovakia with around 700 employees.

Your role at TRANSCO

You will be responsible for checking the completeness of freight orders, any necessary customs documents, and other paperwork.
You will also review them for plausibility regarding delivery times and freight volume.
In case of incomplete information, you will contact our customers and partners.
Accurate recording of freight orders in the system is one of your main tasks.

Qualifications

You have completed a commercial education, ideally in the field of freight forwarding and logistics. Career changers with an interest in freight processes are also welcome.
You value accuracy and enjoy meticulous work.
You are proficient in common computer applications (MS Office).
Personally, you convince with a high level of commitment and dedication.
