Your responsibilities:
- Telephone and written correspondence
- Scheduling appointments with companies via phone and email
- Supporting project management and construction management
- Coordination with other departments
- Attending meetings
- Creating meeting minutes
- Preparing documents for meetings
- Performing administrative tasks to support the team, project management, and construction management
- Gathering feedback and confirming appointments
- Independently preparing and following up on meetings, as well as preparing presentations and speeches
- You are responsible for internal and external communication and for coordinating the schedules of the project manager and construction manager
- As needed, you will create reports, evaluations, and statistics
Your profile:
- Completed commercial education
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
