Your responsibilities:

  • Telephone and written correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments with companies via phone and email
  • Supporting project management and construction management
  • Coordination with other departments
  • Attending meetings
  • Creating meeting minutes
  • Preparing documents for meetings
  • Performing administrative tasks to support the team, project management, and construction management
  • Gathering feedback and confirming appointments
  • Independently preparing and following up on meetings, as well as preparing presentations and speeches
  • You are responsible for internal and external communication and for coordinating the schedules of the project manager and construction manager
  • As needed, you will create reports, evaluations, and statistics

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial education
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
