    Description

    Process Responsibilities:
    Process barepump / pump package order from various EPC and end-user.

    Review, reconcile, and define order requirements, understanding all applicable specifications.

    Prepare RFQ & PR (purchase requisition) for buy-outs as per project requirements.

    Create BOM and upload to ITT ERP system.


    Review internal (pump-related documents) and buy-out documents (motor, coupling, mechanical seal, seal system, etc.) to ensure compliance with project and specification requirements.


    Prepare engineering submittal (e.g., GAD and auxiliary piping drawing in 2D and 3D, pump sectional drawing, wiring diagram, P&ID, etc.) using ITT Goulds CAD software.

    Upload and download submittals/internal documents to/from ITT Goulds database.

    Interact with various Goulds facilities, global engineering, inter-departments, customers, and vendors throughout project progress.

    Provide support to operations and necessary reference documents required for pump/pump package assembly.

    Attend customer, vendor, and inter-department meetings.


    Position Requirements:

    Degree:
    Mechanical Engineering

    Experience:

    5 years with pumps and pump packages; 3-5 years in CAD modeling and documentation.


    Proficiency:
    CREO Parametric 3D Modeling/drawing creation, Autocad.


    Knowledge:
    ASME Y14.5 Dimensioning and tolerancing (including GD&T), ERPLx system, Aramco & Sabic specifications, API, ASME, ANSI standards.


    Expertise:


    Pump package design/lay-out, driver equipment operation, API plan and sealing system operation, pump package's instrumentation, chemical and Oil & Gas industry knowledge.


    Skills:


    Multiple task management, self-motivation, communication, MS Office (Excel, Word), design judgment, customer focus, written communication, team orientation, prioritization, hazard identification.
