- Apply scheduling theory to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and related artifacts
- Implement program scheduling business rhythms and monitor performance against baseline schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate, publish, and maintain an accurate Master Schedule
- Develop detailed schedules, integrate them into the Master Schedule, and ensure alignment with program requirements
- Create resource loaded project schedules and identify dependencies with related projects
- Track internal and external dependencies for risk management and analyze schedules for continuous improvement
- Develop schedule reports and perform 'what if' scenarios within the schedule
- Establish schedule version control processes and conduct schedule estimating
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Proficiency in MS Project and other schedule management tools
- Knowledge of scheduling theory, Critical Path, and resource management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) Certification

Job Description:
Leidos is in need of a Master Scheduler to take charge of overseeing the creation and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a specific project. The ideal candidate should possess advanced skills in MS Project, facilitating meetings, and collaborating with project managers to gather essential project details. While not directly reporting, the Master Scheduler plays a crucial role in coordinating scheduling inputs for various project/program managers on the ORIGIN Program.
To effectively track program projects, critical paths, schedules, personnel, and material ordering, the Master Scheduler will work under minimal supervision and report directly to the Program Manager. Additionally, software technical skills are required to handle monthly imports into the MS Project Master Schedule from time cards.
