    About the Position: This position is in US Army MAT CMD LOG DATA Analysis CTR, Program Management Division, Enterprise Data Quality Branch, however multiple vacancies maybe filled using this announcement.

    Duties
    • Coordinate lifecycle functional requirements for data management across all functional areas of the agency Logistics Business Enterprise.
    • Oversee the end-2-end process segments of life cycle data management to include data acquisition requirements, documentation, metadata, archival and purge.
    • Interpret policy and regulations in regard to business enterprise regulatory requirements and industry best practices for data management.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for Enterprise Data Management to include developing corrective actions after causative analysis and research.
    • Serve as a focal point and liaison between the Logistics Domain Stewards, Functional Data Managers, Business Enterprise Data Providers, Data Consumers, Domain Senior Leaders, and Integrated Process Teams.

    • Position requires the incumbent to travel 25% of the time.
    • Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
    • This is an Acquisition Position and requires Advance Level III certification in Acquisition Career Field L - Life Cycle Logistics within 48 months of entry on duty.

    In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below.     Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: utilizing Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system for business processes; develop program documentation such as policies, directives, data standards, etc., in support of strategic tasks; perform data query/root cause analysis using data analysis software. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
