As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and capable professional to join our service delivery team as a Technician Support Coordinator.
ABOUT THE POSITION The Technician Support Coordinator is a key position in the Company who reports directly to the Service Operations Manager.
This person oversees important Company coordination functions from TMT main offices in Eden Prairie.We are looking for a confident, highly motivated, and results-oriented person with a successful background in developing and nurturing strong relationships already well developed in the Company; has strong ability to communicate, develop technician and job schedules, work with field technicians on job instructions, and assist customers with requests for maintenance needs.
The successful candidate plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of services provided by The Maintenance Team. This role also requires an after-hours supervisor on-call once every six weeks.
