    About this Opportunity:

    Join our team as a Pest Control Technician Lead and unleash your potential in a role where leadership meets continuous learning to prepare you for future growth within the company. As a Lead Technician, you will play a vital part in property inspections, pest identification, and the implementation of efficient pest control methods. Moreover, you will acquire essential skills in human resources management and business operations. Your contribution will be fundamental in ensuring our clients' well-being and satisfaction by eradicating pests and averting future infestations.



    Key Duties:

    • Participate in enriching business seminars and internal training sessions.
    • Conduct comprehensive property inspections to detect pest issues in residential and commercial settings.
    • Apply suitable treatments for mosquito control, utilizing pesticides and other approved techniques.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.

    Qualifications:

    • Hold a valid Commercial Pesticide Applicator License for Virginia.
    • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • Accumulate a minimum of 2 years of experience in pest control operations.
    • Demonstrate familiarity with standard pesticide treatment procedures.
    • Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills for making informed decisions.
    • Showcase outstanding communication and interpersonal proficiencies to cultivate relationships with team members and customers.
    • Demonstrate leadership skills in team management, encompassing recruitment, training, and performance supervision.
    • Be open to occasional travel to Massachusetts for training purposes.
    • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
    • Possess knowledge of pest control industry practices and regulations (preferred).

    • Hand tools: Proficiency in utilizing various hand tools for pest control activities.
    • Power tools: Advantageous experience in leveraging power tools for pest management tasks.
    • Sales: Basic sales aptitude for promoting additional services or products to clientele.
    • Farm machinery: Understanding of operating farm machinery is an added benefit.
    • Computing: Competency in utilizing computers and basic software like Word and Excel.
