    Job Summary:
    Looking for a meticulous and skilled Control Panel Assembler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be tasked with wiring, assembling, and testing electrical control panels as per engineering specifications and industry standards. Precision, technical proficiency, and a staunch dedication to quality are pivotal for this position.

    Daily Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Wire standard control panels from schematic or running sheet
    • Layout panels, wire panels, pushbutton stations, and J-boxes
    • Construct industrial control enclosures and connect wiring per schematics
    • Decipher data from electrical diagrams and schematics and execute builds accordingly
    • Select appropriate parts/materials needed for builds
    • Determine component placement as per panel design
    • Conduct wiring of all components following electrical schematic diagrams
    • Ensure accuracy of all panel diagrams, information, and schematics for the build
    • Build and assemble control panels for robotic systems based on blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
    • Execute wiring, labeling, and termination of control panel components, including sensors, actuators, PLCs, and power supplies
    • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and wiring issues to ensure panel functionality and safety
    • Perform quality checks to guarantee control panels meet performance and safety standards
    • Maintain precise documentation of control panel assembly processes and wiring diagrams

    Panel Wiring:
    Wire electrical components like control devices, relays, terminal blocks, and power distribution components, following wiring diagrams and schematics.

    Assembly:
    Assemble control panels and enclosures, ensuring a snug fit and secure mounting of all components.

    Testing:
    Conduct functional testing and quality inspections to ascertain panels comply with performance and safety standards.

    Troubleshooting:
    Identify and rectify wiring and assembly issues, including diagnosis and repair of defects or malfunctions.

    Documentation:
    Maintain detailed records of work performed, encompassing wiring diagrams, test outcomes, and any deviations from specified requirements.

    Safety:
    Comply with safety protocols and guidelines to uphold a secure working environment.

    Collaboration:
    Engage with engineers and team members to ensure panels meet design specifications.

    Quality Control:
    Assure all work adheres to company quality benchmarks and aligns with industry regulations.

    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical experience preferred
    • Proven experience in electrical assembly, specifically in control panel construction for robotics and automation
    • Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
    • Hands-on experience with hand and power tools for assembly and wiring tasks
    • Familiarity with industrial control components, PLCs, and HMI interfaces
    • Attention to detail and meticulous work approach
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
    • Ownership of a toolset comprising basic hand tools
    • Capability to lift and move 20lbs when necessary
