    Description

    Duration: 6 months

    Payrate: 44.00/hr

    As part of the Digital Accessibility and Compliance team, the Accessibility Specialist supports accessibility and quality activities on client's digital products, including consumer-facing websites, social media channels and digital touch points. This role will report to the Director of Accessibility and Compliance.

    ● Knowledge and experience with web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Xml, and Web content management systems)

    ● Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and guidelines

    ● Experience with accessibility audit and quality assurance tools and processes

    ● Familiarity with scripting languages desirable (PHP, JS)

    ● Strong organizational and project management skills

    ● Effective written and oral communication skills, able to conduction group trainings and presentations

    ● Demonstrated ability to effectively and independently lead projects to completion

    ● Knowledge of disability law including but not limited to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504)

    ● 3+ years of experience with web and mobile applications
