    The Lakes at Stillwater located in Stillwater, MN is offering a $10,000 Sign on Bonus for Director of Nursing to join their engaging & supportive team
    The Lodge offers independent living, assisted living and memory care with a total of 139 residences.

    This vibrant senior living community is located on The Lakes at Stillwater campus, and has been a part of the Stillwater area since 2019.

    Benefits available to eligible employees with enrollment in a medical insurance plan. Director of Nursing Management Functions

    Director of Nursing plans, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the nursing services department, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the assisted living and/or long-term care facility.

    Develop, maintain, update, communicate, and enforce facility and state specific written policies and procedures that govern the daily functions of the nursing service department including the safety program.

    Maintain a current reference of written nursing material that will assist the nursing service department in meeting the day-to-day needs of the resident.

    Director of Nursing Care Functions

    Director of Nursing conducts the daily nursing functions in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long term care facility.

    Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures including the safety program.

    Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with documentation regarding care and service provided.
    Required Skills and Qualifications for Director of Nursing
    Ability to work nights and weekends, upon request
    Must be able to work overtime as needed

    Three or more years of experience as a Director of nursing in a home care, or assisted living setting.

    Experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, etc.
