Summary: Seeking a Financial Analyst II with experience in finance or accounting within a manufacturing environment, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle systems.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency with Oracle JD Edwards and Oracle Smart View.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Preferred Skills:

General ledger reconciliations and account analysis expertise.
Familiarity with GAAP and company-specific financial policies.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide month-end and year-end accounting support under tight deadlines.
Serve as backup for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoicing functions.
Ensure accurate financial statements before closing periods.
Perform sales revenue analyses for tax department needs.
Maintain the integrity of the closing process for Oracle and JDE systems.
Prepare journal entries in accordance with GAAP and company policy; assist with forecast and budget data gathering.
Generate daily and weekly reports on P&L and balance sheet; track against forecasts.
Offer analytical support to drive business decisions, including product margin analysis, working capital assessment, risks & opportunities identification, etc.
Support financial forecasting, annual planning, and bridging activities; prepare reports for key personnel upon request.

Work Week: Monday - Friday Shift: 8 am - 5 pm

Pay Details: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
