Job DescriptionMBS is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in West Jefferson, OH. This position is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity. Relocation assistance offered.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and direct all reliability and maintenance activities.
Install, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment; troubleshoot issues promptly.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Proficient in PLC and logic controls for high-speed operating equipment.
Read and decipher mechanical drawings, schematics, and piping diagrams.
Monitor and improve maintenance department metrics.
Assist in planning and cost estimation for annual and longer-term capital and operating budgets.
Implement new projects, audits, and ideas to optimize maintenance operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and provide strong leadership.
Utilize organizational skills to streamline maintenance processes.
Prior experience with SAP preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience with electrical and mechanical skills.
Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting mechanical equipment.
Proven track record in implementing process improvements.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, schematics, and piping diagrams.
Previous experience with SAP is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
