    Position Purpose: This role involves maintaining residential apartments, public spaces, grounds, and equipment. Supervision of employees in these areas is crucial for ensuring company standards and customer satisfaction.

    Community locations have specific office hours to be respected to ensure efficient operations.

    Key Contributions:

    Management: Supervise housekeeping, maintenance technicians, care takers, and groundskeeping under the direction of the Community Manager.

    Property Appearance/Upkeep: Maintain a clean, neat property through regular inspections and maintenance activities.

    Preventive Maintenance: Implement and document a preventive maintenance program for resident apartments and public spaces.

    Purchasing/Maintenance Inventory: Manage parts and supplies following company guidelines.

    Pool Maintenance (if applicable): Conduct daily maintenance to meet standards.

    Customer Service: Ensure high resident satisfaction and be available for emergencies as per requirements.

    Additional duties as assigned.

    Position Requirements:

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Pool and HVAC certification preferred.

    Experience: Minimum of three years maintenance experience in residential properties.

    Physical & Cognitive: Involves standing, walking, lifting heavy weights, and various physical activities.

    If driving is required:

    • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record needed
    • Reliable transportation and insurance required

    Successful candidates will undergo background checks, drug screening, and physical assessments as part of the hiring process.
