- Support in process mapping, process re-engineering and opportunity evaluations
- Formulate recommendations and lead execution of suggested changes/improvements
- Create and implement tools, standard templates and processes for vendor evaluations
- Provide support in managing the relationship with all existing vendors and track performance to ensure adherence to agreed quality standards
- Support strategic product initiatives from discovery phase to product launch
- Conduct research of trends that impact our industry
- Synthesize research insights and communicate findings clearly and concisely
- Create high level investment analysis and cost / benefit estimates to support investment decisions
- Conform with all company policies and procedures

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in process improvement, project management, corporate strategy or other analytical functions, experience Remarketing or auto-finance preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Economics, Business or other quantitative fields.
- Advanced with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Knowledge of business transformation / process improvement methodologies

Position Summary:
The Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) Remarketing Analyst, Product Development will be responsible to coordinate Business Process Management efforts, assist in vendor evaluation & management procedures and support all strategic transformation initiatives within the SFS & Stellantis Motors Remarketing organizations. This function is expected to utilize analytical techniques, research, and collaboration to support the execution of tactical improvements and strategic initiatives within the organization. As a part of a maturing organization, curiosity, and operational insights into how businesses function and how to make processes more efficient and effective play a huge role in the growth of this position.
