    of tax engagementsInteraction with clients to discuss tax issues and new tax service opportunitiesCoordination of client servicesRequirements:The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a master's of tax with 24 years of public accounting experience, including working with a variety of federal and multi-state tax returns for small to medium size businesses and their ownersA CPA certificate or eligibility to sit for the CPA examExtensive accounting skills requiredExcellent Microsoft Office Suite skills Excel, Word and OutlookQuickBooks experienceOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExceptional interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of personnelStrong work ethic and attention to detailSuperior analytical, problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to provide exceptional client service through a sense of urgency and commitment to qualityAppropriate ethical behavior through extraordinary confidentiality, integrity, and professional conductAbility to work effectively both within a team environment and independentlyAn attitude of continuous improvement
