Job DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic, motivated Events Manager with a sparkling personality to join our AWSome team This individual will be leading and managing the special events department at our business Advanced Window Systems. We conduct lead generation marketing at home shows and special events, where we speak to potential customers, answer questions they may have about our products and services, and schedule free in-home consultations.
Duties Include: Finding, scheduling, and coordinating home shows and events. As part of your role, you will be responsible for maximizing lead generation from these shows and events, ensuring that your monthly/annual sales goals are met. In addition, you will play a vital role in recruiting, hiring, and training staff, leading by example in the field by setting clear goals and holding employees accountable for their performance.
