- Process phone and email orders
- Answer product status and availability inquiries
- Manage incoming emails in a specific email box
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving procedures and customer requirements.
- Identify customer service questions and issues that need to be escalated to the supervisor.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support the department and company goals.
- High School Diploma required.
- Experience in a call center with high call volume is preferred.
- Basic computer skills are required. Proficient in all major internet browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox, etc.), and general computer competencies.
- Familiarity and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, but also be a team player when required.
