Customer Service Representative - Ijamsville, United States - Lawn Doctor
Description
Hours are 10am to 2pm and typically 3 days a week are adequate. Mostly part time, although busy seasons (Spring and Fall) will need full time coverage for short spurts.Must love dogs
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
