We are looking for motivated colleagues for outpatient care in the provision of support for mentally ill or emotionally injured individuals, as well as for the design and participation in our meeting centers in Patterson, OH.
The core services of our outpatient social psychiatry include activities in the meeting centers, individual support, and preventive assistance.The advertised position offers a diverse range of tasks, with the flexibility for individuals to design their own working hours.
Through our outpatient social psychiatry services, we aim to overcome the limitations caused by disabilities and enable individuals to participate in community life.
Our task is to empower emotionally injured individuals to develop their own resources and live independently and as autonomously as possible in their social environment (community).
Responsibilities:
- Providing care for individuals with acute and chronic mental illnesses
- Collaborating with family members, doctors, and legal guardians
- Reactivating clients in daily activities
- Providing guidance, support, and advice to clients
- Implementing intervention plans with specific goals
- Creating documentation and case reports for relevant authorities; establishing contacts in the social environment
- Regular participation in team meetings and supervision
- Case management is usually only one aspect of a colleague's responsibilities; additional tasks may include:
- Meeting center shifts
- Public relations work
- Group activities
- Events
Qualifications:
