On behalf of our long-standing and reputable client, we are looking for a Head of Accounting to start as soon as possible.
Your new employer has been in business since 1963 and specializes in the production of sophisticated technical plastic parts with its own toolmaking.
They also have expertise in applying foam beads or 2-component injection molding and experience in substituting metal with plastic parts.
Your responsibilities:
- Management of accounts receivable, including debt management
- Supervision of accounts payable and fixed assets
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB and/or IFRS) including reporting
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Treasury, budgeting
- Monthly and annual financial statements
- General tasks in accounting and controlling
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial training and/or business administration or degree, additional training as a certified accountant desirable
- Several years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Good knowledge of SAP/R3 FI/CO or experience with other common systems (Navision, DATEV, etc.)
- Good knowledge of tax law
