Description
We are currently looking for a Case Manager for Economic Youth Services (m/f/d) for our department Youth and Family at the earliest possible date.

>> Responsibilities

  • Independent processing of youth welfare cases (integration assistance for mentally disabled children and adolescents, assistance for upbringing, assistance for young adults) including payment, in cooperation with the specialist departments of the department
  • Examination of the legal responsibility for youth welfare
  • Assertion of claims against other carriers
  • Medical assistance according to SGB VIII
  • Determination and independent assertion of the cost contribution
  • Assertion of claims for cost reimbursement

>> Requirements:

  • Civil servant (m/f/d) of the 3rd qualification level of the specialist career in administration and finance or administrative assistant (m/f/d) with specialist examination II
  • Cost-conscious, goal-oriented and accurate way of working
  • Quick comprehension, pronounced analytical thinking ability
  • Confident and binding appearance

>> The offer:

  • An unlimited part-time position - 30 hours per week - with tariff-based classification in EG 9c TVöD or according to Bay
