Following this maxim, we manufacture bakery technology for the global market at two locations in Germany under the name Ahmeek. Whether it's rolls, croissants, hearty bread or delicate toast - whatever you enjoyed for breakfast today, it likely came into contact with one of our products.

Our core competence lies in the climate-controlled process stages of baking and their seamless integration. The range of our products extends from traditional ovens for artisan bakers to in-store baking stations and fully automated large-scale systems, from intelligent proofing and cooling systems to loading and control technology.
For optimal energy efficiency, we use consumption-optimized components and specially developed heat recovery and combined systems for bakeries. We combine all of this with smart engineering to create customized system solutions for every individual need.
