What you'll do:

As a working student in recruiting, you will support our dynamic team in finding and approaching qualified professionals. Your main focus will be on active sourcing.

  • Active Sourcing: You will independently identify potential candidates from the pharmaceutical, medical technology, or mechanical engineering industries and reach out to them directly through various channels to expand our talent pool.
  • Candidate Management: You will handle incoming applications, scan the skills of candidates, and organize job interviews.
  • Market Analysis: You will conduct market analyses to identify recruiting and active sourcing trends and continuously optimize our approach.
  • Collaboration with the Recruiting Team: You will work closely with the recruiting teams to understand the needs of the departments and create suitable candidate profiles.
