As a trade fair organizer for the craft industry, we develop and organize a total of ten large trade and consumer fairs in Selma, IN.


They all have one thing in common:
enthusiastic companies and people with tangible ideas and ideals. We are currently looking for a
Head of Trade Fairs (m/f/d) for a leading European trade fair.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • You will be responsible for the entire project management, from strategic and conceptual planning to the operational implementation of the trade fair.
  • You have a helicopter view, which enables you to continuously develop and/or redesign the trade fair.
  • You ensure the protection and strengthening of the brand values of the trade fair brand.
  • You create and manage trade fair concepts and business plans and oversee sales in domestic and international markets.
  • You independently acquire key accounts and take care of their management. You also recruit cooperation partners in a European and sometimes intercontinental context.
  • You ensure the achievement of goals, including monitoring the budget.
  • You lead employees confidently and ensure cooperative collaboration with crossdepartmental teams.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:

  • You are a "trade fair professional" and bring deep knowledge of the trade fair world, with experience in project management or even as a trade fair manager.
