Job Description
At our Korbach location, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to join our Human Relations (HR) department, specifically in the areas of training, personnel, and organizational development, starting as soon as possible.

The ideal duration of the internship is 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of a combination of voluntary and mandatory internships.

The main tasks include:
  • Getting to know and supporting administrative and organizational tasks in training as well as in personnel and organizational development using various systems such as SAP
  • Assisting in the recruitment of trainees and dual students
  • Supporting the talent management cycle, e.g. in preparing talent management conferences
  • Assisting in the planning, organization, and implementation of training and further qualification measures
  • Participating in employer branding initiatives in the field of training
