Construction - Pay
$120,000 to $140,000 base plus benefits and per diem - Direct and manage on-site construction activities from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Enforce compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Conduct on-site meetings and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Maintain quality control procedures and ensure quality construction meets standards.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and progress.
- Willingness to travel and manage new projects in the DFW area post-completion of the El Paso project.
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a track record of successful project management.
- Familiarity with construction management software, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to travel and relocate as needed for project requirements.
