    Principal Scientist - Analytical Development

    • Location: Boston, MA
    • Level: Principal Scientist

    SUMMARY

    A premier, mid-sized pharmaceutical company is actively hiring a Principal Scientist for their analytical development team. You will be playing a pivotal role in leading scientific initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to make an impact in the pharmaceutical industry while advancing your career in a supportive and progressive environment.

    A Principal Scientist - Analytical Development will be responsible for:

    • Leading and supervising the analytical lab in the design of proteins
    • Spearheading research activities aimed at identifying and validating new drug products and exploring innovative therapeutic approaches
    • Actively participating in the preparation and review of regulatory documents
    • Assessing emerging scientific trends and methodologies to incorporate relevant advancements into project strategies
    • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including QC and process development, to ensure seamless integration of scientific efforts

    A Principal Scientist - Analytical Development has the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience, OR Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience, OR Ph.D. with 4+ years of industry experience
    • Proficient experience with HPLC, LC/MS, Method Development/Validation
    • Small molecules/Peptides experience
