    MuleSoft Solution Architect & Manager

    The Information Technology Department is excited to announce an opening for a MuleSoft Solution Architect & Manager. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in advancing the organization's Application Development efforts, focusing on API-led integration with the MuleSoft platform to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery to end-users.


    Job Description:

    • Lead and oversee a team of MuleSoft Developers to ensure project deadlines are met.
    • Develop strategic plans for the MuleSoft platform in line with the organization's IT strategy.
    • Utilize programming languages like .Net, JavaScript, Python, and T-SQL for MuleSoft solutions.
    • Leverage Azure and DevOps for MuleSoft solution development, testing, and deployment.
    • Apply expertise in the Health Care Payer industry to address specific business needs.
    • Administer the MuleSoft Anypoint platform and manage integrations with the Salesforce platform.
    • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues related to MuleSoft.
    • Mentor staff members, stay updated on MuleSoft advancements, and collaborate with IT teams for API design.
    • Ensure adherence to best practices, optimize solutions, and oversee deployment.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in a leading MuleSoft design role.
    • Hands-on experience in MuleSoft development and proficiency in .Net, JavaScript.
    • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and Salesforce Platform.
    • Operational and technical experience with REST API, Web Services, and integration patterns.
    • MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or Integration certification.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical innovation.
    • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions efficiently.
    • Rapid acquisition of new software tools.
    • Capacity to work autonomously and make critical decisions when required.
    • Excellent communication skills and a good grasp of policies and procedures.
