Marketing Student Assistant (m/f/d)
You can expect independent and self-directed work under the guidance of our experienced marketing team:

  • You will manage our various social media platforms in the B2B + B2C sector, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and potentially TikTok, and help build them further.
  • You will support the development of key messages for our company.
  • You will create an editorial plan and organize the corresponding content (images, text).
  • You will analyze the interests of our future employees based on their generational affiliation and use this to determine the tone for your posts.
  • You will analyze our competition.
  • You will plan and create regular posts visually, textually, and graphically.
  • You will partially take on community management.
  • You will contribute to the development of a monitoring system.
  • You will support general marketing tasks.


You are studying marketing or a related field, are motivated, open to new ideas, and understand the impact of targeted communication.

You have a strategic understanding of conceptual content creation, are media-savvy, and are willing to familiarize yourself with this topic area.

You are also proficient in using MS Office.
