What to expect from us:


  • Together with your team, you will provide competent support and advice to our managers and employees on all personnel issues.
  • Of course, this also includes the operational implementation of all administrative personnel processes from contract creation to exit and close coordination with our payroll team.
  • You will develop uniform standards for operational personnel support and initiate various projects to create a futureoriented HR management with a high degree of employee orientation, standardization, and efficiency.
