    As a member of the Revenue Strategy team, you will assist in the acceleration of


    Critical Insights professional services business by optimizing the time and productivity of the Consulting Delivery teams to achieve customer project timelines and expectations.

    The Work
    The Role

    As the Consulting Delivery Project Manager, you will be coordinating and scheduling the delivery of our professional services to ensure efficient and quality consulting engagements.

    You will drive continuous professional services process improvement and champion change to achieve utilization goals.

    You will interact with a broad number of departments at CI and external executives and leaders as needed to support revenue operations.

    This includes keeping Sales, Customer Success and any other key stakeholders informed of the project lead-time, progress, and escalations on a timely basis.

    As a key player in a small, startup team, the role may also include coordination of key business meetings, data entry, and reporting.

    • Drive continuous improvement of consulting delivery processes, communications, standards, and practices to drive operational excellence and a positive customer experience .
    • Manage customer delivery resourcing, scheduling, milestones and deadlines
    • Establish and maintain drone fleet resourcing and inventory coordination
    • Meet and exceed Practice Metric targets: Practice Gross Margin, Project Realization, Contributor Utilization, and Customer Satisfaction; monitor Practice Metrics Overall and by Vertical, Sub-practice, and Services in order to drive operational excellence.
    • Proactively champion collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, Engineering Operations, Analytics and other internal CI teams.
    • Resolve client escalations by ensuring timely communication, prioritization, and ownership throughout the experience.

    You Have:

    • Ability to develop, influence, and empower a diverse team to maximize results.
    • Ability to interact and communicate for impact and change within all levels of an organization both internally and externally, including business and technical stakeholders
    • Ability to lead, collaborate, triage, and make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment.
    • Moderate-level experience in negotiation and conflict resolution.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Experience utilizing standard Project Management frameworks to build new or improve existing processes to concurrently manage multiple large-scale projects
    • Ability to lead and inspire a team with positivity and optimism, creating a culture of high expectations, innovation, and achievement.
    • Moderate experience in utilizing Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
