    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support financial managers in delivering timely and accurate results.
    • Collaborate with departments across the company to create new analytical tools and generate insights from financial performance data.
    • Assist in the annual budget preparation for different portfolios and consolidate the overall budget.
    • Conduct financial and project data analysis, develop financial models, and prepare investment memos.
    • Evaluate real estate investments, including debt and structured finance features.
    • Prepare reports on enterprise performance for leadership reviews and Board meetings.
    • Assist with transaction financing, including coordination of due diligence materials and analysis of competing bids.
    • Formulate asset management plans, analyzing capital expenditures and conducting hold/sell analyses.
    • Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvements.
    • Drive process improvements, including creating standard and adhoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
    • Lead market research, data mining, and business intelligence functions.
    • Familiarity with hotel industry reports from firms such as CoStar, STR, Kalibri, AirDNA, and/or Highland.
    • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
    • Experience with cloudbased EPM solutions, specifically Planful (preferred).

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality finance or related field.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
    • Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel formulas and functions.
    • Proficient in creating complex business presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
    • Proactive with excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong analytical abilities and good business acumen.

    • Resultsoriented, analytical, and highly organized professional.
    • Ability to streamline functions and a passion for continuous learning and growth.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of working independently.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    • Significant experience in financial modeling.
